【问题现象】
tomcat启动报错："Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Unable to complete the scan for annotations for web application [] due to a StackOverflowError. 【解决办法】
在tomcat--conf---catalina.properties文件里，在在tomcat.util.scan.DefaultJarScanner.jarsToSkip=里面加上bcprov*.jar过滤，重启，问题解决。

【解决办法】
